Camouflaging Ninjas

During science on Friday, we learned about how ninjas camouflage into their surroundings. Students picked a spot in the classroom to camouflage their ninja and we went on a hunt to find it.

Japanese Tea Ceremony

The K-1 class pretended we were at a Japanese tea house and participated in a tea ceremony.

Rule 1: Everyone must wash their hands.

Rule 2: Take off your shoes.

Rule 3: Sit on the floor in silence.

Rule 4: Bow to the host.

Rule 5: Always tell the host the tea is delicious even if you don’t like it. 

Please note: students did not actually have tea. We used warm water instead and pretended it was tea.
