The Annual Book Fair and Fundraiser is taking place on Oct 21 - 24th in the school library and will be featuring titles from the Best Books company. Best Books provides high quality books for libraries and school at reasonable prices.
Children will be visiting the fair during their library hour and can purchase books or complete a wish list to take home. See attached schedule for when your child's class will visit the book fair.
Parents can send money with their children to purchase books during the classroom visit or come to school to make the purchase themselves. Parents can also visit in the morning after dropoff and in the afternoon after pickup. Payments can be made by cash or check (made out to Stratton PTO) if it's being sent to school with the children or parents can pay by credit card in person during the morning or afternoon shopping times.
The suggested amount for purchasing books is
K to 2nd grade: $3.99 - $8.00
3rd to 5th grade: $4.99 - $10.00
This event also gives parents an opportunity to donate books to the classrooms. Feel free to send in cash or a check (made out to Stratton PTO) to your child’s teacher(s), label the envelope “Book Fair donation for <TeacherName>”.

All proceeds will be spent on purchasing books for the library, classrooms and the summer reading program. Bring family and friends and get a head start on your holiday shopping. In addition, room parents will be sending more information about donating books to your child's classroom.
